The District Transport Commissioner (DTC), Ranga Reddy, performed a special decorative auction of numbers on Tuesday and recorded a total collection of 52.69 lakh, including 8.6 lakhs in the application fees and 44.09 ₹ Lakh from successful offers.
According to official release from the Ministry, the registration number TG07 R 9999 attracted the highest offer of the day, while the same developers secured it for 12.49 Lakh. The TG07AA0009 was won by Rudra infrastructure for 8.5 GBP Lakh, while the FEUJI PVT software solution. Ltd. Packed TG07AA0001 for £ 4,77 lakh.
Other remarkable offers included TG07AA0099, won Mungi Jyothi for 2.81 GBP Lakh, TG07AA0006 from Maraboin Mahesh Kumar for 1.99 Lakh, and TG07AA0027 by Gurram Mithun Reddy for 1,32 lakh.
Transport officials stated that the enthusiasm for premium numbers remain high, especially among businesses and individual vehicle owners looking for favorable or easily unforgettable plates.
