Among the victims of Tuesday’s tragic traffic accident, which took place in Kenya, was a 41 -year -old woman and her seven -year -old daughter of Mannoor.
Riya Puthanpuyil, 41, from Rishi Villa, Kanhirampar, Mannoor and her daughter Taira were killed among the five tourists when their bus rolled over on Tuesday afternoon in Kenya.
Riya’s husband Joel, 41, and son Travis, 14, were injured in an accident. Joel came from Coimbatore.
Riya cooperates with the company involved in the Airport in Qatar. Her husband Joel is a tour. She joined his tour to Kenya together with her family to celebrate the holiday Idul-Azha.
Riya has been working in Qatar for six years. The children were supposed to leave home at the end of this month and Riya and Joel in July.
Daughter Radhakrishnan Puthanpuyil and Santhi have Riya twins named Shea working in Dubai. Her younger brother Rishi also works in Dubai.
