False drills were carried out in Kurnool and Nandyal by the relevant district administrations concerning the police, fire services, doctors and health and other departments in accordance with the Directive of the Ministry of the Home, which help control readiness for emergencies due to increased tension with Pakistan.
In Nandyal, the drill took place in the center of Ramnath, where the staff from various departments showed readiness to solve emergencies. A false bomb was launched on the road, and as people fell nearby, the police, fire staff and 108 ambulance staff threw themselves into the site and carried a drill.
While the bomb destruction group explored the area for more explosives, firefighters were involved in flames, saved and moved the injured to the ambulance.
On this occasion, the Superintendent Police (SP) Adhiraj Singh Rana and a common collector C. Vishnu Charan said that simulated exercises would help during terrorist attacks and natural disasters. They said that the administration would be prepared to solve extraordinary events due to the escalation of tension between India and Pakistan.
In Kurnool, the drill took place in Kondaeddy Burju in the city. When the siren was blowing, the police directed all those who were walking on the road to leave their vehicles and hurry to safer places in the exercise.
