(PTI Photo/Shashank Parade) After Lucknow Super Giants’ (LSG) 54-Run defeat in Wankhede against the Indians in Mumbai (Mi), their chances on the playoffs made a massive hit.
Rishabh Pant team currently disappears in sixth place with five victories and five losses in 10 games. The loss was also influenced by Lucknow’s net running rate because it dropped to -0.325.
It will be a task uphill for LSG. The good thing is that they will have much time to regroup. LSG will seem to take advantage of their weekly break to return with the restored energy to promote the Final Four.
How can LSG still qualify?
In order to strengthen its place in Final Four, LSG will have to win all its remaining matches. Four victories focus on 18.
The team led by pants cannot afford any slipping, because even a lone loss in their last four trips will collapse their chances and then focus on a clean run.
Who is the IPL player?
However, Mentor LSG Zheer Khan is convinced that the team will be reflected in the remaining matches.
“Ten games down, five wins, five losses are where we stand, and we don’t have such a great clean run. It’s just about playing a good cricket and ensuring that we don’t rely on a clean run.
“If you are talking about winning the tournament, you have to play some good cricket, you have to respond to situations. I believe that if this group reacts in this way and that is the environment we have created.”

Mentor Zheer Khan showed that the team will go directly to Dharamsaly to acclimatize and regroup in the last stage of the tournament.
“That’s something we have definitely talked about. Running and rejuvenation is something that happens when we reach Dharamsaly,” he said.
As a group we still have to push forward and dig deep: Zahreer Khan
“A few people actually go to Dharamshaly, because the weather will be nice and cool; it’s just that it’s downtime.”
“We have put enough work; all teams have largely put enough work. It is only about finding this spark and those individuals who will have a difference for the franchise,” he added.

Captain Pant must get off
LSG Rishabh Pant lasted disappointed running with BAT IPL, registered six single -digit scores for 110 runs in 10 matches, with 63 against Chennai Super Kings was the only performance of the note.
On Sunday, the LSG captain for just four who tried to reverse the sweeping of the Bombai Indians for part -time Will Jacks.
Pant was purchased for incredible CRS RS 27 – the most expensive purchase in the history of IPL – and it looks like Big Paycheque pressure affects its performance. However, Zheer disagrees.
“He’s a leader and was fantastic as a leader; that’s something I can guarantee for,” he said.
“As a leader, he ticks all the boxes. As a dough, the middle order depends on Rishabh and I’m very sure that the impact we want from him will come. It’s just something he clicks,” Zahreer said.
