
New Delhi: Chief coach Mumbai Indians Mahela JayaWardene has provided an update of recovery Jasprit Bumrah and said the star stimulator is still recovering from back injuries in the BCCI Excellence Center.
“Everyone is available with the exception of Bumrah. As I said in my last interview, it’s daily that he is going through his program,” JayaWardene said on Saturday on the eve of Mi’s match against Gujarat Titans.

He stressed that while Bumhrahov’s recovery proceeds well, there is no specific timeline for his return. “So far, everything seems to seem to be fine. But the NCA has not been given any timeline, so we’ll wait for it,” he added.
JayaWardene also dealt with a trend with a high score in IPL 2025, but remained confident in an experienced bowling attack Mi.
“We have a very experienced bowling attack and they don’t think like that. Every place and opposition represent different challenges, and that’s something we’ll focus on,” he explained.
