“The freedom we won through a tireless struggle must be protected by the same determination by every citizen,” said Minister of Higher Education and Social Justice, when she raised the national flag on Maidan on Friday.
The Minister emphasized the need to follow the democratic ideals rooted in the compassion, integrating and integration of marginalized communities into the mainstream. “Our times require uncompromising steps to make the lead to leadership and ensure that the vision of inclusive democracy is actually met,” she said.
Cultural diversity
Dr. Bindu remembered the centuries -long British colonial government that deprived the nation of freedom and dignity, emphasized the resistance of Indian cultural diversity in overcoming oppression. She pointed out that independence was taken over by leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nezru Neshu responsibility for the authorization of the oppressed – Dalits, Adivasis, minorities and people with disabilities – ensured equality and participation for all.
She urged people to work hand in hand, led the country with vibration, and prepared future generations capable of resisting forces trying to pull the nation backward. “The handover of the flag of the free India next generation is the inevitable responsibility that we must meet with the accuracy,” she confirmed.
The ceremony was attended by the mayor of MK Varghese, district President Panchayat vs Prince, Vice President Latha Chandran, District Collector Arjun Pandian, head of the Municipal Police, R. Ilango, Country Police Head of B. Krishnakumar, among other things.
A total of 26 platoons – including the police, excise taxes, forest, SPC and NCC – participated in a show led by the police inspector of the Guruvayur G. Ajayakumar temple. The award was presented to the most powerful plates. The event ended with the national anthem and marked the closure of a fully ecological celebration of independence.
