The police said the Ethanol plant, categorized as a renewable energy project, received the required permit in 2024 and gained land from one or two farmers by a legal means. Officials also explained that such projects do not require gram SABHA according to current regulations.
Mr. Srinivas Rao said that the company was recommended that this site was temporarily withdrawn from this scenario.
