
“Mission Punarjani”, a rural police campaign Ernakulam for the fight against drug threat, began on Wednesday in Perumbavoor.
The aim of the project is to produce without drugs without drugs. Kunnathunad Mla PV Sreenijin described the initiative of the police against drugs to inaugurate the project. The district police chief (Earnakulam Rural) was chaired by M. Hemalath. Kochi Sub Collector K. Meer delivered the address of key detection.
The campaign is organized by combining migrant workers, employers, various departments and social activists. Its aim is to prevent drug circulation between migrant workers, expand medical and psychological support of drug addicts, organizing programs raising awareness, encouragement of alternative lifestyle, carrying out inspections in conjunction with authorities in other countries, ensuring safe life conditions and encouragement of sport.
