The Provisional Fund for the Provisional Fund (EPFO) from the EPFO (EPFO) processed and destroyed 98.5% of 15.24 150 pension requests (POKW) from July 16, Parliament was informed on Monday (July 21, 2025).
According to a written answer in Lok Sabha, the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the work and employment of Shobha Karandlaj was issued to the applicants with 4.00 573 letters about the requirements for the POKW and 11,01,582 was rejected, while 21,995 are taking place.
“The EPFO has prepared and destroyed applications for higher wage pension according to the Supreme Court’s instructions in its judgment of November 4, 2022. From July 16, 2025, EPFO was excluded by more than 98.5 % of the application,” the Minister said on Monday on Monday.
POKW cases are processed on the basis of the Supreme Court decision 4 November 2022. At the beginning of November 2022, the court confirmed the pension system (change) of the employees 2014.
The amendment for employees pension of 22 August 2014 increased the pension salary limit to 15,000 GBP per month from 6,500 GBP per month and allowed members to contribute with their employers 8.33% to their actual salaries (if exceeded the ceiling) towards EPS.
Since September 1, 2014, all EPS members have provided six months to choose from a modified system.
Later, EPFO also extended the deadline for both members and employers to present documents many times.
