The State Minister of the Union for Internal Affairs Bandi Sanjay assured that it would ensure that the SEVA Kendra (PSK) waist slots in Karimnagar have increased from the current 250 to 500 per day.
On Monday, after the opening of the new PSK premises, the PSK and the Minister for Transport and Return Classes Ponnam Prabhakar in Karimnagar.
Mr. Sanjay said that PSK services were launched in Karimnagar in 2014 due to the initiative of Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar, former MP Karimnagar. In 2022 he was later upgraded to a full PSK, he added.
The Minister of the Union appreciated the efforts of the regional official Passport Hyderabad, J. Snehaja, in ensuring the rapid processing and issuing of passports in the region.
