The coverage and postcards were officially handed over to the main judge of PVS Reddy, the main general postmaster Telangana.
The packaging, designed as a tribute to the role of Ambedkary’s role in framing the Indian Constitution of India, offers the live visual and textual narration of his life, contributions to the constitutional assembly and heritage he has left.
