
The National Commission for Planned Strans (NCST) examines a complaint filed in November 2024, against the leadership of JBIET, MOINABAD here, allegedly for the collection of excessive fee from students of weaker sections, said Jntuh, Osmania and Kakatiya must ensure that utilities within their associated universities.
The complaint was filed by Hanumanth Naik and D. Rrakesh of Moinabad, who claimed that JBIET gathered amounts from students of weaker sections, especially planned tribes, exceeding the government order.
It also ordered the Telengana (TGCHE) Council to take strict measures, including universities on the blacklist if they are found to violate standards and instructions.
A member of the NCST JATOTHU Hussain also stated that universities have to explore the lunges and violations of fees structure in the last five years and to ensure that universities do not preserve the certificates of candidates.
According to the Jntuh version, named JBIET, the Institute adheres to the government -regulated fees structure and did not collect any excess of the weaker parts. The revenues of fees do not belong to the complainants. The original certificates are collected only for verification and immediately returned. The College says it will operate transparently as integrity.
Tgche also told the commission a similar version and added that the revenue of the fees submitted to the complainant does not belong to them and that the complainants do not have locus standi in this matter and asked the Commission to close the case.
JNTUH and TGCHE claimed that in addition to a compulsory special fee of 5,500 GBP per year, there are some other fees such as a book scheme, life skills training, CRT training and NBA accreditation fees.
However, the Commission found versions of both “satisfactory” authorities and called for a sitting.
Recommendations now, at JNtu, Osmania and Kakatiya universities, have appeared at the session, which he had with the registrar and director of Jntuh and director of JBIET in Nový Delhi 6 May.
