The Tamil Nadu government on Thursday urged the Cauvery Water Management Authority (CWMA) to ensure that Biligundlu receives 13.78 tmc of water due for November. Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department Secretary J. Jayakanthan and Cauvery Technical Cell Chairman R. Subramanian virtually attended the 45th meeting of the CWMA chaired by its Chairman SK Haldar. As on November 5, the stock in Mettur dam stood at 89,741 tmc, an official release said. Inflow was 6,401 cusecs while outflow was 18,427 cusecs.
