
Rishabh Pant was equal to the record of MS Dhoni’s most of the 1950s by a visiting goalkeeper in a test cricket on English soil. The left -hander achieved this performance in the first meeting of the third day of the game against England on the cult cricket country in London.

Rishabh Pant suffered a painful finger injury in the 1st day of an ongoing test and left the field at 34. The rest of the first shifts did not return, with Dhruv Jurel entered as his replacement for the goal.
2 BCCI Day confirmed that Pant was still evaluated by a medical team that carefully monitored the condition of his left index finger.
