
Prathidhwani, an organization for the social security of employees in Kerala, was condemned by the alleged bulk endings at the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In his statement issued on Wednesday, the organization stated that there is nothing inhuman. To force employees to resign from telephone calls associated with gross and threatening language from human resources officials, is an obvious violation of employees and fundamental rights.
The Social Security Organization has already submitted state and trade union government bodies, Minister of Labor Mansukh Mansukh Mandaviya, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Minister of Labor Keral V.Sivankutty and Commissioners of Labor, calling on them without delay.
The warning of the normalization of the “pink slip culture”, Prathidhwani said that employees were not one -off commodities. They are the backbone of the IT industry and the driving force of its global success. Companies such as TCS, based on the relentless hard work of employees, carry moral and social responsibility for support, recill and increase their workforce instead of leaving them on behalf of the “commercial needs”.
