
CEO Mandya Zilla Panchayat Kr nandini warned employees of the district, taluk and gram Panchayat Offices disciplinary action in case it was found that during office hours is missing.
She said that all employees were entrusted to register their presence using the biometric attendance system, which was introduced, and for executive officers of Taluk Panchayat it was mandatory to verify the data from the registry.
Mrs. Nandini said that in the event that he was observed, the details must be collected and the report of Zilla Panchayat presents every fourteen days. If an employee is found to be missing more than twice, the officials concerned should initiate disciplinary measures with support documents, she added.
Warning and new directives are due to the fact that several complaints about public officials and employees of Taluk and Gram Panchayats lack and do not meet the rules.
