Employees must come with the mindset of serving the devotees: Minister

Taking over as Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, S. Ramesh said on Friday that every employee in the department should come with the mindset of serving the devotees.

During a tour at the headquarters in Nungambakkam, he told the officials that the aim of the department should be to provide the best experience to the devotees in the temples.

Mr. Ramesh said that Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay had promised to ensure a stable and clean administration and the ministry should also follow the same. Senior officials were also present at the meeting, an official press release said here.
