
In a significant transition towards the digital perfection and building nations, the Ministry of Contributions announced the launch of APT APT (Advanced Postall Technology)-the milestone in its ongoing transformation route.
S. Srikar Babu, Superintendent of Post Office, Eluru Division, said the upgraded digital platform will be introduced across all post offices under the division of Eluru 22 July (Tuesday). The planned system downtime was planned to ensure a smooth and safe transition on 21 July 2025 (Monday).
“No public transactions will be available on this day because basic activities such as data migration, system verification and configuration will be carried out,” he explained. The new APT application has been designed to improve user experience with faster services, improved interface and increased operational efficiency. It reflects the obligation of the Ministry to offer intelligent, safe and civil services.
It is advisable to plan their postal activities in advance and cooperates during this brief disruption. “The discomfort is regretted, but this initiative is a critical step towards providing digitally and more efficient postal services for every citizen,” Sikar Babu added.
