Tesla CEO Elon Musk again found himself involved in online controversy, this time over his criticism Ubisoft and his latest release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The millionaire, who often comments on gaming and technology, described the upcoming title as “objectively terrible”, which caused a heated exchange of social media team.
Mark Kern’s accusation and Muska involvement
The series began when Mark Kern, also known as Grummz – an industrial veteran known for his work on World of Warcraft and Firefall – criticized Ubisoft for partnership with certain content creators. Kern accused the publisher of financial support of what he described as “terrorist paying streamers”, shared the image of Hasan Hun’s user -promoting game.
Elon Musk soon entered the shake and focused on Hasan and called him “fraud” and “sale” for the title approval.
A sharp reaction Ubisoft to Musk
Elon Muska’s storage notes, however, quickly encountered a sharp refuted from the official Assassin’s Creed Social Media account. The Ubisoft team wrote in the answer: “Is that what this guy plays on your trip Exile 2?”
Tweet mentioned the past controversies surrounding Muska’s game achievements, especially the accusation that his playing was commissioned by others.
Elon Musk’s Game Trust
Elon Musk had previously claimed to be among the 20 best players in Diablo IV, which boasts skepticism. Later it was revealed that his account was reinforced – which means that others played on his name.
Similar suspicions have emerged about his journey of progress in exile 2, while veteran players like Kripparian and Quin69 dissected his live performances. They pointed to the struggles of Elon Muska with a basic game mechanics, such as could not pick up chaos balls or effectively manage its inventory.
The analysis of his activities in the account suggested almost constant gaming, which led much to the conclusion that he was not the primary player for the achievements of his character.
Why are Assassin’s Creed Shadow players angry?
When the will against Musk got on strength, many users on social media praised the answer of Ubisoft and appreciated the sharp joke of their social media manager.
Meanwhile, the discussions on Assassin’s Creed Shadows continued, with some players expressing dissatisfaction over the integration of black samurai characters. Fans also expressed anger in providing feedback on the title.
“I’m just thinking out loud here, but if most of your fan base gives negative feedback … Maybe it’s time to listen to them?” said the user x.
This debate was further powered by the popular streamer Fightincowboy, during the living current, closed negative comments and claimed that such criticism had no place in its community. In the subsequent video he condemned the fixation of the variety of character in playing and claimed that “normal people are not angry”.
