Elon Musk escalated his public disputes with Donald Trump by supporting the President’s accusation and supporting JD Vance as his replacement.
Musk responded to a simple “yes” post from Ian Miles Cheong to X (formerly Twitter), who read: “
This means another sharp blow in the ongoing clash between Musk and Trump, after a series of heated exchanges over government agreements, tax accounts and political influence.
Vance approval signals Musk’s growing willingness to publicly question Trump’s leadership within the party.
The dispute has intensified by criticizing Trump’s policy, and Trump threatens to reduce Muska’s government contracts.
Given that the battle of words is still developing on social media, Musk’s support for the indictment adds a new dimension to the dispute.
Elon Musk-Donald Trump Feud escalates
Tech -billions Elon Musk and President Donald Trump are involved in a escalating public dispute that has changed sharply – from explosive accusations for threats of government treaties.
In a recent post on social media, Elon Musk has made a surprising claim that Donald Trump’s name appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s controversial ensembles – the reason, Musk says why documents were not publicly published.
“It’s time to drop a really big bomb: Donald Trump is in Epstein’s files. That’s the real reason they weren’t published. Have a nice day, DJT!” Musk wrote on X, a platform previously known as Twitter.
He added: “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
Rift roots: “Big Beautiful Account”
The dispute initially began when Musk criticized Trump’s flagship legislation that dubbed a “big beautiful account”, the main Republican package.
“I think the account can be big or it could be beautiful. But I don’t know if it could be both,” Musk said in an interview on May 28 at CBS.
He further criticized the bill and said that “it increases the budget deficit and undermines the work of the DOGE team.”
Avoid over subsidies for electric vehicles
The tension was intensified when Trump accused Muska of becoming against the law after finding that he included cuts for subsidies for an electric vehicle (EV).
“He knew that the internal functioning of the account better than anyone was sitting. He had no problem with it. Suddenly he had a problem and developed the problem only when he found that we were going to reduce the EV mandate,” Trump said.
Musk fired back to X: “This account has never been shown to me once and was handed over at night so fast that almost no one in Congress could even read!”
He clarified: “I’m fine with cuts on EV Credits if the Republicans remove the mountain of disgusting pork in unnecessary expenses from the account.”
