
A 23 -year -old electrician died of an electric substance in decorating an independence day in a hotel after he was allegedly forced to work without sufficient security measures.
The deceased was identified as Prakash Lenka as an electrician who worked at the Lemon Ridge Hotel.
The case came to light after the complaint filed by the victim of the Sacash Swain victim and said that the hotel management ordered Lena to decorate flowers on the iron rod for celebrations and ignore its warning of the risk of electricity. “He warned that there was a risk of electric shock, but his concerns were ignored,” the complainant said.
Lenka got into contact with a live wire of 11 kv and collapsed after receiving the shock. He was hurried to a private hospital, where the doctor declared him dead on his arrival.
The case has been reserved and the investigation is underway.
