Judge K. Lakshman from the High Court in Telangana ordered Convenor Decet-2025 and the director of the State Council for Educational Research and Training to consider the course of the Diploma in the field of electrical and electronic engineering (EEE) issued by the State Council for Technical Education equivalent to the temporary program performed by the Council.
Student K. Harish completed the diploma in Eee. It appeared for Decet-2025 for admission to a two-year diploma course in basic education and diploma in pre-school education. He secured 3,945 ranks, but was denied a confession with the authorities that claimed that his Eee diploma was not an equal intermediate program.
After hearing the Council of the Council for Government Authorities and the petitioner, the judge ruled that earlier government orders categorically stated that the petitioner’s diploma course was equal to the middle.
