Eisai Pharmaceuticals on Wednesday donated ₹4.5 million to the Department of Pediatric Surgery at King George Hospital (KGH) to strengthen healthcare services for children. The funds will be used to improve patient care, purchase essential medical equipment and improve treatment facilities for children requiring surgery.
KGH Superintendent Dr. I. Vani, Deputy Superintendent Dr. Radhakrishna, head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery Dr. G. Rajendra Prasad and Professor of Pediatric Surgery Dr. J. Bhaskar Reddy thanked the company for the contribution.
Eisai Pharmaceuticals representatives Girish Dixit, Madan Mohan and Joseph Kiran said the company will continue to support healthcare initiatives.
