GT Deve Gowda, MLA for the Chamundeshwari assembly, secured residents below the boundaries of the city’s local authorities on the outskirts of the city with basic facilities.
At a meeting organized by the Hootagalli City Council City Council with the aim of discussing questions such as waste management, drinking water, a stray threat of dogs, underground drainage (UGD) maintenance and maintenance of street lights, Mr. Gowda said that sincere efforts will gradually ensure basic infrastructure equipment as part of the overall development of the Chamundeshwari.
While it advises officials of city authorities to respond to people’s problems, Mr. Gowda pointed out that Chamundeshwari was one of the largest in the state, including four city Panchayats, one city council (CMC), five City Corporation (MCC) departments and 18 grams of Panchayat.

He remembered his efforts to merge areas and layouts along the outer circular road in Mysuru, including Vijaynagar 3.
Only later were four city Panchayats and one CMC to make it easier to maintain these areas on the edge of Mysuru by collecting taxes.
However, he noted that private layouts in these areas were developed without providing the right roads, water or drainage equipment. While developers sold land and left, buyers who built houses on the website fought without proper infrastructure.
The creation of urban panchayat and CMC is expected to systematically manage these areas and provide them with the required basic equipment.
The city local authorities also provided Khatas on the spot in these private layouts, which was transferred by the Office for the Development of City of Mysur, he said.
He estimated that more than one lake space was transferred to these city local bodies, which also began to choose revenue.
When working on drinking water projects in the cabini and the hall Unduwadi, Mr. Gowda hoped that in the coming days, the city residents would be available for adequate drinking water.
Roads and drainage facilities will also be provided by government grants, assured Mr. Gowda.
He took a serious exception to the garbage dumping and the poultry of waste along the outer road road and said that cases would be filed against infammers. The authorities penalize violencers who throw away the waste along the outer circular road and entertain their vehicles, warned.
