The Directorate for Recognition of Law (ED) in Oral filing was reported by the High Court in Kerala that it would explore Tuesday’s seizure with a customs staff of 36 high -valuable cars, which are expected to be smuggled from Bhutan to Keraly, and were reportedly owned by several film stars and others.
The ED advisor presented this in front of the divisional bench of justice Anil K. Narendran and the judiciary S. Muralee Krish when the court asked whether the agency was intending to investigate the matter. The Court quoted media reports on the customs raid and seizure of vehicles and asked the question of when he listened to the appeal in connection with the case registered on the basis of the Money washing Act (PMLA).
Ed would also examine whether the criminal offense attracted the provisions of PMLA and the Foreign Forendew Act (FERA), his advisor said.
