The PMLA Special Court in Hyderabad granted the Directorate for Pravo (ED) for three days of custody Sandeep Kumar in connection with the fraud of CRORE 792 GBP, which allegedly organized Hyderabad Force Force PVT. Ltd. and its director AmarDeep Kumar.
Sandeep Kumar was arrested on July 31, 2025 according to the provisions of the Act on Money Paying (PMLA), 2002, within the ongoing probes in alleged financial crimes involving the company, its director AmarDeep Kumar and others. Initially, he was made before court 1.
The investigation comes from three FIRs registered by the wing of economic crimes (EOW) Police in Cyberabad, which accused the company and its collaborators of stress on investors with the promise of high returns.
According to ED, AmarDeep Kumar dominated the Falcon invoice scheme, attracted investments under the pretext of financing the invoice discounting and offered revenues based on discounted invoices. Investigators, however, did not find any evidence of the legitimate discounting of the invoice and claimed that investors were cheated on approximately 792 Crore.
Ed stated that the proceeds of crime were directed to the stock shares of several companies, loans, aircraft purchase, expenditure on high -quality casinos and real estate acquisitions in the names of AmarDeep Kumar and its family members. Of these revenues, approximately 4.85 GBP Crore was reportedly transferred to the Sandeep Kumar bank account. Officials said he played an active role in management companies owned and dominated by his brother and worked as a director at M/S Falcon Capital Ventures PVT. Ltd. and m/s swastik ghee pvt. Ltd., which together received CRORE 5.74 GBP in illegal funds. The money was allegedly used for business operations and for the purchase of real estate.
In the case of ED, it has already connected assets worth 18.14 GBP, including real estate worth 7.65 GBP Crore associated with Sandeep Kumar. Another investigation is underway.
