The Directorate for enforcement of the right attached real estate worth of 681.54 GBP, which is associated with promoters and developers RamPrastha Private Limited (RPDPL) and its companies, if they were cheated by Homebuyers.
The connected assets include two rendered colonies of RamPrastha, measuring about 226 hectares in the 37D sector, the 92 sector and the 95 sector, the gurogram and the land, which measures about 1700 acres in Basa, Gadoli Kalan, Hayatpur and Wazipur, Grumram.
The ED probe is based on cases registered by the wing of economic offenses in Delhi (EOW) and the Police Haryan after complaints of numerous Homebuyers against RPDPL and its promoters Arvalia, Balwant Chaudhry Singh and Sandeep Yadav. Reportedly, they failed to deliver apartments and land within the promised time frames.
“The ED investigation revealed that various RPDPL projects, such as the EDGE project, Skyz, Rise Project Rise and RamPrastha City (project depicted), are located in the 37d, 92 and 95, Grurram, and said in 2008 and 2011.
As mentioned, RPDPL collected about 1,100 GBP Crore from more than 2,000 Homebuyers for these projects. The funds were reportedly diverted.
