The Directorate for the enforcement of the right has attached assets worth 25.16 GBP in connection with the Sunder Marketing Associates and others that concerned alleged illegal stone mining and related smaller minerals in Haryana.
Connected properties include confiscated cash, agricultural land, residential land, residential house, apartment and commercial office.
The probe is based on complaints from complaints filed by the Council for Control in Haryana under the Environmental Protection Act, against Goverdhan mines and minerals and others. Subsequently, the first information report against Sunder Marketing Associates, its partners Naveen Goel and Raman Sokhal and others were registered on the basis of ED findings, the agency said.
