
The Election Commission has launched a process of canceling the registration of 10 unrecognized political parties in the Bengalur district, since these parties have attacked these parties since 2019 and their offices cannot be traced.
Ambedkar Janata, Bharatiya Dr. BR AMBEDKAR Janata Party, Bharatiya praja party, party Kalyan Kranti, party Karnataka praja vikas, Mahaila Pradhana Party (Party Karnataka) Register parties.
The parties have not recorded any Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Assembly or election elections in the last six years and currently have no known addresses, the release of Bruhat Bengalur Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) said.
“The chief election officer of Karnataka issued a notice of causes under the powers granted by Article 324 of the Indian Constitution and according to Section 29a of the 1951 Act.
The notifications that serve assistant district election officials provide the parties the opportunity to submit their explanation. Presidents or Secretary General of the parties can be submitted to the written statement together with the required documents and affidavits. “If no answer is taken within the specified deadline, the election commission may continue to issue the relevant commands, as stated in the notice of the cause issued to these 10 parties,” the edition said.
M. Maleshwar Rao, chief civic commissioner, BBMP, who is also a district official in Bengalur, urged representatives of the parties to personally appear on the day of hearing and take the opportunity to present their written statements.
