As the Election Commission announced data for public opinion surveys Bihar, Congress on Monday (October 6, 2025) claimed that the survey body was in the “alliance” with BJP and claimed that he did not provide answers to the questions raised by Rahul Gandhi.
The main election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar announced on Monday (October 6) the two -phase elections of the Assembly in Bihar 6 and 11 November, while the counting of the votes will take place on November 14.

The time of the current Bihar assembly ends on 22 November. The state has 243 constituencies, including two reserved for planned tribes and 38 for planned castes.
