
An earthquake of 4.3 sounded the Nagon district of Assam, and the National Center for Seismology (NCS) was informed on Monday.
The earthquake, recorded about 40 kilometers from Tezpur, had a depth of 35 kilometers and today was felt around 12:09.

Meanwhile, on August 17th, another earthquake of 3.1 in Chur in Rajasthan was recorded at 17:30. The earthquake, felt at a depth of 10 kilometers, occurred at 7.56 latitude and 74.01 length.
