The elite anti-ARkotic group for enforcement (Eagle) and IGP Ake Ravi Krishna warned students of drug and ganja use.
Ravi Krishna, who spoke on the age of awareness, held on Friday on PB Siddhartha College, said that according to studies of some international organizations of terrorist groups, youth focused to endanger the future of the country.
The General Police Inspector (IGP) shared an example of a girl student from an engineering university, who was arrested by the police Visakhapatnam for selling MDMA and currently performing her punishment. “In another case, I met a student B.Tech in Visakhapatnam, a central prison that was imprisoned for 10 years together with four friends for ganja (cannabis) in the car. He did not know that one of his friends was transported by Ganja, the student did not question and destroyed his life.”
He emphasized the consequences of the NDP Act and noted that many students who do not know the legal consequences fall into addiction and end up in prison. He warned the youth to stay away from drugs and Ganja. “If you have information about drug pedles or consumers working in or around or in the vicinity or through social media groups, alert Eagle by sending a message to WhatsApp to 8977781972 or 1972,” added Mr. Ravi Krishna.
The program was recorded by the participation of Eagle officers, Siddhartha College and students employees.
