The Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah stressed on Friday that every officer must understand the constitution and fail that could not be made to its goals.
He stated that freedom, equality and fraternity are the ideals of the Constitution for KAS Node Officers for Kas Taluk node officers.
“Even after 75 years of implementation and 78 years since independence, its goals remain unfulfilled. Equal opportunities are still a dream. Equality and fraternity have not been fully realized. We have to ask why it is and look for a solution,” he said.
He remembered the historical speech of Brus of Ambedkara 25 November 1949 – The first day of the adoption of the Constitution pointed out that the Ambedkar warned: “We are entering society with unevenness and contradictions.
“This is a warning for every officer. It is a responsibility to protect everyone. Ambedkar warned what would happen if we fail in our responsibility,” he said.
Mr. Siddaramaiah said that the country has many caste and religion. “Buddha, Basavanna and Ambedkar – they all worked on the establishment of a society without disappointment, but the caste did not disappear. Therefore, Lohia said our still company. Society is becoming dynamic only if everyone reaches social and economic power.”
The main minister asked: “There is a belief that KAS officers are intellectuals. But how many of you have critical thinking? How many of you have developed a scientific temperament?
“Even educated people believe in the fate and theory of karma. Does God create such inequality?” He asked.
He noted that, unlike politicians looking for a mandate every five years, officers are not such a situation, and therefore are more responsible for implementing government programs.
“The company with greater purchasing power is growing economically,” the main minister grows, adding that government warranty systems have improved the financial strength and purchase capacity of people.
“Our society has many talented individuals who do not have opportunities. When they are given opportunities, there is no room for exploitation,” said Mr. Siddaramaiaiah.
In conclusion, his speech said that inequality would persist as long as the municipal riots, false news, caste oppression and religious oppression continue.
Minister responsible for the Mysuru HC Mahadevappa district, chief secretary Shalini Rajneesh, Minister in charge of D. Dudateep, President of the Shivaswamy Association Officers, and others were present.
