Dalit Sangharsha Samithi (DSS), founded by B. Krishnappa, decided to organize a Convention in Bengalur 8.
M. Gurumurty, the State President of the DSS, said at a press conference in Shivamogg on Saturday that the municipal forces tried to replace the Institute proposed by Dr. Ambedkar. A group of fortune tellers in Kumbh Mel recently said that she had developed an alternative institute. Even in the past, when Dr. Ambedkar introduced the constitution, with the founders of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha opposed it, he said.
“This development shows that municipal forces are working hard to replace the Constitution for which would meet their agenda. Against such an effort. The Convention is against the municipal forces and protects the institute,” Gurumurty said.
People from different parts of the state would participate in the Convention that will take place in Dr. Bedkar Bhavan in Bengalur, added.
A member of the State Committee of the DSS Shivabasappa Bhadravathi stated that through the Convention the organization would require the state government to organize the program of the birth of the anniversary of prof. Krishnappa 9.
The organization would call on the government to remove the SCST/TSP law to avoid misuse of funds for the well -being of the planned caste and planned tribes. In addition, the government should provide a subsidy of 6 ₹ Lakh families without a house, he added.
