A ship carrying humanitarian aid and activists to Gaza was reportedly hit on Friday by drones off the coast of Malta.
There were about 12 crew members and four civilians. However, no victims who quoted Codepink, Peace Movement and Social Justice have not been reported.
The vessel that belongs to the Freedom of Gaza Freedom carried food and supplies to Gaza, the statement said.
“In Maltese time 00:23, the #freedomflotilla ship was subjected to drones. The front of the ship was focused twice, resulting in fire and violation in the fuselage. Currently, it is located in international waters near #malta.
He also published videos showing fire on one of her ships and showed his finger on Israel.
“Israeli ambassadors must be convened and responded to violation of international law, including the ongoing blockade (from Gaza) and the bombing of our civilian vessel in international waters,” he said.
The Maltese government said the maritime authorities received a call from a vessel that reported fire shortly after midnight local time.
The vessel was outside the territorial water and had 12 crew members and four civilians on board.
Charlie Andreasson, who has been involved in the organization for more than ten years, said he was talking to people on board who said they heard two explosions and that the fire broke out.
While people on board were safe, he said there was a risk that the ship could sink when the generator was hit and the ship was still.
