Dr. YSR Horticultural University Unveils AI Learning Platform

University of Horticulture Dr. YSR on Friday launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered digital learning platform that provides students with advanced learning resources and personalized learning support.

Developed in partnership with education technology company The Study Falcon, the platform is designed to help students prepare for competitive exams, take advantage of higher education opportunities and improve career readiness through a range of digital learning tools. The initiative reflects the university’s efforts to integrate new technologies into academic programs and equip students with skills suitable for a rapidly evolving educational environment.

The platform was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor K. Dhanunjaya Rao, who highlighted the growing role of digital technologies in higher education.

Addressing students and faculty members, he said AI-driven learning systems can improve academic performance, improve learning efficiency and provide access to quality educational content. He noted that technology has changed traditional teaching methods and created new opportunities for learning and skill development.

College Dean B. Prasanna Kumar highlighted the growing importance of digital learning resources and encouraged students to make effective use of online learning platforms to enhance their professional competencies.

NBV Vice-Dean Chalapathi Rao said that the university supports innovation in teaching and learning and expressed confidence that the platform will boost students’ academic and professional aspirations.

Professor of Agronomy K. Shashikala proposed the vote of thanks. The program was attended by faculty members, scientists, researchers and students.
