Dr. Liby said she left Kuwait after four months by paying a fine for crossing. “The clinic did not give me a civil ID, nor did it allow it to do another sponsor. As a result, I had no visa and I had to leave the country. Even my flight list was not covered and I had to return to my own expense,” she added.
Police Kundar said the case was registered according to sections 318 (4) and 351 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. It has not yet been arrested.
In addition to the police case, she also filed complaints about the Indian embassy in Kuwait, the Ministry of Outside and Norwegians.
