US President Donald Trump expressed frustration from the ongoing situation in Russia and Ukraine on Sunday and asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop “shooting” and “sign the agreement” to end the war.
When Trump talked to reporters at New Jersey airport, Trump seemed to be disappointed with widespread hostilities between Moscow and Kiev.
When asked what he wants Russian President Vladimir Putin to do, he said he wanted the leader to sit down and “sign an agreement”.
“I want him to stop shooting. Sit down and sign an agreement. I believe we have a limitations to agreements and I want it to sign and do it,” Trump quoted, as The Guardian said.
Asked if he believes President Putin, the US President said, “I’ll let you know in about two weeks”.
However, he avoided questions about what would happen in these two weeks.

Donald Trump in the Crimea
Donald Trump also suggested that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelsky was ready to give up Crimea as the price of a peace agreement with Russia.
He said his meeting with Zelský in the Vatican was going well on Saturday.
Asked if he could be ready to give up the Crimea – the Black Sea peninsula seized by Russia in 2014 – he said in the future agreement with Moscow, “Oh, I think, yeah. Look, Crimea was 12 years ago.”

Trump then accused his predecessors of the Democrats, President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden for allowing Russia to take Crimea “without firing a shot”.
“So don’t talk to me about Crimea. Talk to Obama and Biden about the Crimea. And remember that this is Biden’s war. This is not Trump’s war. I came to try to solve the problem.
