Outgoing Chief Minister MK Stalin said on Monday (May 4, 2026). Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) which was functioning effectively as a ruling party would now function as an effective opposition.
In a message on social media, the DMK president said he accepts the people’s verdict and congratulated the winners for their victory.
