The student wing of the DMK R. Rajiv Gandhi on Saturday on Saturday refuted the accusation of the leader of TVK Vijay that the DMK government did not fulfill its promise to build manimandapam (memorial) for Dr. P. Subbarayan, former Prime Minister of the Presidency Madras.
In the statement issued here he explained that the Minister of MK Stalin laid the foundation stone of the Thottakurpatti memorial in Namakkal in May 2024.
“The construction has been completed and is ready for inauguration,” he added.
