The General Secretary of the DMDK Premallatha Vijayakant on Sunday (June 1, 2025) remained insignificant regarding the party that will continue its alliance with AIADMK, although it would announce that in 2026 the seat of Rajy Sabha in 2026 and the Alliance between AIADMK and DMDK.
When she talked to reporters, Mrs Premallatha said that this announcement should be seen in relation to the upcoming elections to the assembly in 2026 and DMDK will also reasonably explain their position in 2026. “You should ask for those who have continued.
“When I urged Mr. Edapadi Palaniswami that they should mention the year, he said it was not the norm to mention the year, but assured us that it would be given. Now they announced that it would be assigned in 2026 and did their duty.
She also added: “In the next few days we will announce the wearer of offices in all 234 constituents. DMDK will also move towards the elections.”
AIADMK, DMDK, Puthiya Tamilagam and the Social Democratic Party of India attacked Lok Sabha in 2024 and asked about 23% of the vote.
