A number of defenders and employees of the court took part in the Assembly, which took place within the Banner “Mediation for Nation” organized by the Law Services in the field of Prakasam District (DLSA), from the court center to CVN on Ongolo on Wednesday.
Monitoring the Assembly, Secretary of DLSA and the head of the Civil Judge Sheikh Ibrahim Sharif said that mediation is a simple and fast process and problem solving through this method provides both parties a satisfactory result.
The judge also stated that the court fees paid courts can be obtained by settling cases through mediation.
The President of the Bar Bar Bacara Rao, who also participated in the program, said that advocates would cooperate fully in solving problems through mediation.
