Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, accompanied by several of his cabinet colleagues, is scheduled to launch a mega job fair in Mysuru ahead of the Diwali festival today, October 17 at 11 am.
Organized by the Department of Skill Development, this job fair is part of a wider initiative to spark an employment revolution across Karnataka. According to The Hindu, registrations of 24,000 candidates were witnessed.
CM Siddaramaiah visited X and said, “A major job fair is being held in Mysuru on October 17. More than 200 reputed companies will be participating, providing participation opportunities to job seekers of all qualifications. For more information and registration, visit the website. Come, participate and make the most of this opportunity. Make your dream job a reality.”
“The Mysuru Job Fair will feature leading companies from IT, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and education and offer job seekers opportunities for on-site interviews and career guidance from industry experts,” the organizers said.

The event will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Maharaja College Grounds.
