
The district district Kozhikode Panchayat decided to start a campaign for mass awareness of the abuse of addictive substances with the support of three -stage Panchayat and various socio -cultural and political organizations. One of the highlights of the upcoming campaign will be mass oaths with the participation of two million citizens expressing solidarity with drug activities.
A meeting of the three -stage heads of Panchayat and the leaders of prominent organizations will be convened for the campaign planning in the first week of April. The meeting will also be discussed and completed by “02 million promises” against the abuse of addictive substances.
Campaign coordinators said they would be convened in all gram’s gram at all gram to discuss programs to be included in the campaign. They would add a separate meeting at the level of Panchayat political parties, voluntary leaders of the organization and social activists.
According to District Panchayat officials, meetings on Earth will be at the end of April. In the first week of May, the first public Convention will be held in the district to declare solidarity with the campaign to be aware of the drugstore. The “02 million million million PLEDGE” event will also take place together with the public Convention, they added.
District President Panchayat Sheeja Sasi recently organized a meeting with the leaders of various government offices and permanent committees to ensure their cooperation in the organization of the program. She also asked for cooperation of the department, such as health, youth well -being and social justice.
Against the background of the increase in seizures of synthetic drugs and continuing the arrest of young people, local administrators launched action plans to fight the situation. In various grams of Panchayats, local vigilation committees were created in an effort to improve local supervision of promoting drugs. Panchayat district authorities pointed out that the creation of a quick reaction team was also part of intensified action plans against drug trafficking and drug abuse.
