In an effort to improve civic infrastructure and optimize the use of municipal real estate, the collector of the Karaikal Soma Sechar apparao district was carried out on Friday’s preliminary field inspection to identify key points for the reconstruction and increase of basic public equipment.
Among the ranked places included the long -term Rex Theater and the mayor of Pakkirisama Pillai marriage on Bharathiyar Street. The authorities are considering proposals for the replacement or renovation of these structures with facilities such as multi -level parking, modern double hall, theater and commercial space with restaurants and retail stores.
In the old court complex on Nezru Street, the emphasis is focused on transforming the place into a museum and a recreation center to strengthen tourism. Proposals for the modernization of old and new bus stands include improving hygiene, adding food courts, expanding buses of buses and release of operating flow through infrastructure, such as left -wing signals and better parking provisions.
The reconstruction of the weekly market area is studying, taking into account future transport requirements and integration with the bus terminal.
Along the coastal section include plans to install laser lighting near the Aralar bridge, modernization of the voyage facility and introduce the possibilities of eating world level to increase the engagement of tourists.
The aim of these proposals is to strengthen public infrastructure, improve urban mobility and strengthen the attraction of the city for residents and visitors. During the evaluation of the location, officials from the public work department, Karaikal Masage and district collector were present.
