
The Tamil fishing department began to store 8,000 GBP in the state in bank accounts of 1,75 lakh fishermen as help in the period period. The state government approved Crore 140.07 GBP in favor of fishermen from 14 coastal districts of the state.
Minister of fishing, fishermen and animal breeding Anith. R. Radhakrishnan distributed orders to 10 fishermen from the districts of Chennai, Chengalpath and Truvallur to receive their bank accounts down.
According to a press release, the government of Tamil Nadu imposes on the east coast for a 61 -day annual ban on fishing, usually from April 15 to June 14 to maintain marine resources. During this period, mechanized ships are forbidden to let go of the fish for fishing. In order to maintain the livelihood of fishermen and their families during the ban, the state government provides 8,000 GBP as financial assistance.
