
The Minister of Income K. Rajan launched the third phase of the Digital Land Resurvey on Saturday in the Thrissur district.
“State digital resurvey procedures are proceeding at an unprecedented pace. This resurvey will drop in history as the second main land reform of Keraly,” he said, noting that top technology, including geological survey support, is used to map land records.
He pointed out that the survey has already included 200 villages in the first phase and 238 villages in the second phase. The third phase currently underway includes another 200 villages.
The Minister also solemnly opened the office of the digital camp for Resurvey in Pananchery Village. The project meant another milestone on the road to the fully digitized land system.
He chaired the district Panchayat President vs Prince. The main guest was President Ollur Block Panchayat Kr Ravi.
