The Zilla Parishad administration of the erstwhile West Godavari district on Tuesday completed the process of digitizing service details of employees across all cadres. Zilla Parishad Chairperson Ghanta Padmasri Prasad issued a special message to the employees on the occasion.
Talking about the initiative, the Chairman said that it is essential for every employee working under Zilla Parishad to update their service details through Proforma-3 and Google form link provided. The collected information will play a significant role that will benefit employees in the long run, she said.
“This digital database will enable faster and more transparent decision-making on matters such as promotions, transfers, preparation of seniority lists and implementation of welfare schemes. Especially retired employees will benefit greatly as availability of accurate information on a central digital platform will facilitate and speed up processing of pension benefits,” said Padmasri Prasad.
She called it a significant step towards administrative digitization and called on all employees to provide accurate data within the specified deadline. Officials, accountants and employees participated in the program.
