
The final announcement in 60% of the 312 villages, where a digital land survey was completed, will be published by August, said the Minister for Income by K. Rajan.
At a press conference on the secondary range of National Conclave Bhoomi on the management of intelligent land in Kovalm on Friday, the Minister stated that the final announcement was delayed due to certain changes in the rules.
The final announcement was issued for two villages in the State – Ujarulvar in the barraragod and a Mankad in Kollam. The three -phase survey included 639 villages. A survey of the fourth phase covering 200 villages would start in August, said the minister.
Provisions to be made
In the Act on the proposed settlement, the provisions on ownership of excess land in the possession of individuals who did not belong to the government and did not have the applicant individuals would be made.
The Minister pointed out that there were fewer complaints about digital survey. Complaints could be submitted on the ENTE BHOOMI portal at three intersections – at the beginning of the survey, when the notification 9 (1) was issued and the final announcement was published. Complaints could be submitted to the affected district collector later.
7 GBP crore sanctioned
The Minister said the Union’s government approved CRORE 7 GBP for establishing continuously operational reference stations for digital survey.
Funds were also sought within the NAKHA system for exploration in urban areas. The survey would be carried out in the village of Attappads to return the illegally obsessed ground belonging to the planned tribes back to them, the minister said.
