Kid Cudi, the real name of Scott Mescudi, stood up and talked about his short relationship with the singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura Fine. Cassie, a long -time partner of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, is one of the main witnesses for prosecution.
During his testimony, Mescudi claimed that Combs were jealous of his relationship with Cassie and burglary into his house. He also suggested that Combs helped organize an explosion that destroyed his Porsche.
Now, didy’s lawyers say that Mescudi’s comments were inappropriate and should not be part of the test record. In May 26, they stated that the statement was “very inappropriate” and based on “mere speculation”.
They took a moment in court when a government lawyer asked Mescudi if he believed that Combs were telling the truth that he knew nothing about the explosion. After rewriting the question to avoid objections, Mescudi replied that he thought Combs was lying.
Diddy’s defensive team says it could unfairly affect the jury. They argue that such opinions cannot be treated as facts and can harm their client’s chance of a fair trial.
Combs face serious fees, including sex trading, blackmail and arson. He admitted that he was not guilty of all the accusations and also deals with several civil court disputes.
The judge has to decide whether Mescudi’s comments will remain in the record or will be removed.

James spoke under the oath of Manhattan Federal Court and said he regularly witnessed ridges who consume drugs – copy during the day and ecstasy at night – while they worked for him from 2007 to 2009.
“He took the face -shaped pill,” James said. When asked by the President, he answered, “President Obama.”
David James added that he often supplied narcotics and personal items such as condoms and lubricants for Combs, and sometimes originating drugs for artists and his accompaniment.
